Thursday 20th November
The third Thursday of November is an exciting date for wine lovers: le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé! We cracked open a few bottles of this young, lively red wine with some revellers to celebrate. We enjoyed a glass of the new vintage from Domaine Lapalu – fresh, floral and juicy, laden with red cherry notes.
We also tasted through three delicious Beaujolais Crus from previous vintages: Fleurie, Dominque Morel, 2024; Moulin-à-Vent ‘Les Thorins’, Elisa Guerin, 2022; Morgon ‘Côte du Py’, Jean-Marc Burgaud, 2023.
