We have a range of around 70 cheeses from across Britain and Europe and we work hard to keep our list concise, covering classic and contemporary cheeses and a variety of different styles, flavours and textures.

SERVICE

Our priority is supplying beautifully conditioned cheese to the hospitality industry. We are on hand to share our expertise in cheese and we have a practical understanding of the needs of a busy kitchen. We offer training and supplier visits to maximise your team’s knowledge.

PARTNERSHIP

Many of our customers give us free rein on their cheese selection, trusting us to choose what is tasting great that day and what will suit their needs. We also work closely with customers on new dishes and product development to bring top quality cheese to your recipes.
